Developed by JQZ and designed by PTW Architects, 558 Pacific Highway in St Leonards will be an A-Grade commercial tower offering a total net lettable area of 16,738 square metres over 14 levels.

558 Pacific Highway offers whole floor spaces ranging in size from 1,077 to 1,287 square metres, with outdoor terraces on Levels 2 and 6, and flexible floorplates that can be tailored to businesses of any size.

The commercial tower forms a part of the $1.6-billion ‘88 by JQZ’ precinct, which is currently under construction and incorporates two residential towers of 47 and 26 storeys.

JQZ Founder and Managing Director, Jian Qiu Zhang, said 558 Pacific Highway will be a focal point in St Leonards’ monumental urban transformation.

“We are extremely excited to be delivering 558 Pacific Highway as a key cog in the future St Leonards town centre, and we’re expecting a strong market response to the high-quality A-grade tenancies on offer,” Mr Zhang said.

He noted that 558 Pacific Highway will be a landmark commercial tower that offers a ‘best in class’ workplace experience, with connected, intelligent spaces offering smart building technology capabilities.

“This project really is an impressive addition to our extensive portfolio and we believe our extensive experience and pedigree will shine through for businesses seeking premium commercial office spaces, with this project having the added benefit of being set within a precinct that is envisioned as the ultimate live, work and play destination,” Mr Zhang said.

558 Pacific Highway sits above eight ground-floor retail spaces of various sizes, while the ‘88 by JQZ’ precinct features a four-level retail and dining zone with a laneway eat street, alfresco cafés, a supermarket, civic plaza and a public library.

A key differentiator for 558 Pacific Highway will be its world-class wellness and end-of-trip facilities, which are designed to ensure employees enjoy a quality work-life balance, with sophisticated marble bathrooms, 175 secure bicycle parking spaces and 175 secure two and three-stack lockers. The building will also feature 121 commercial car parking spaces and 316 public car parking spaces.

With quality new office space in relatively short supply on Sydney’s north shore, 558 Pacific Highway will offer workplaces and amenity of the highest quality, said Simon Parsons, Executive Director of PTW.

“The experience at 558 Pacific Highway starts in the building’s expansive, marble-clad, north-facing lobby, which will be awash in natural light and features soaring seven-metre-high ceilings and bold columns, as well as a concierge desk, lounge, seven lifts and direct access to the lobby café,” said Mr Parsons.

“Moving upwards, the building’s sculptural glass façade is wrapped in extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing that harnesses natural light and views, ensuring each workplace is inviting and maximises views to the city, over the new civic plaza and the St Leonards Town Centre.”

“Meanwhile, the expansive tenancies are designed to cater to a variety of workplace cultures, offering private zones or more open-plan, collaborative environments, with configurable spaces designed to enhance the working environment.”

Future workers at 558 Pacific Highway will enjoy easy access to St Leonards Train Station via an underground link, or via the Pacific Highway and the open-air civic plaza that will bridge the T9 Northern railway line.

From 2024, the forthcoming Crows Nest Metro Station will be located just a 400-metre walk away, providing yet another transport option for commuters.

558 Pacific Highway is expected to be completed and ready for occupation by the first quarter of 2023.
