Fenbury unveils premier waterfront development in Newport

Fenbury unveils The Moorings: a premier waterfront development in Newport

Property developer Fenbury has unveiled its latest ambitious project, The Moorings, offering a unique lifestyle opportunity in one of Sydney’s most stunning waterfront estates.

Situated in the exclusive enclave of Newport on Winji Jimmi Bay of Pittwater, the development occupies the site of the former Sirsi Marina. It features eight lots, each with a private 25-30 metre enclosed marina berth, and provides buyers the option to acquire a custom-designed home by Scott Carver.

The Moorings promises an effortless home creation experience with a customised concierge design service tailored for time-poor buyers who have a passion for the water and an eye for detail and craftsmanship.

The expansive site is located at 122 Crescent Road, Newport, with individual land and water offerings ranging from 1,155 to 2,354 square metres.

The development’s design cohesiveness is achieved through strategic scale and the use of natural materials, with each home reflecting the relaxed yet refined style of the northern beaches.

Renowned artist Ash Holmes’ unique artworks will feature in the homes, which will also include ample light, stunning views, and indoor-outdoor entertaining areas.

Buyers can customise their home configuration, with options for up to four bedrooms, a wine cellar, a cinema room, a pool, and lift access.

Edward Salib, Director of Scott Carver Architects and the visionary behind the project’s overall aesthetic, emphasised that Fenbury’s dedication to individuality is central to The Moorings’ design.

“The homes to be built at The Moorings, pending individual approvals subject to each owner’s personal vision, will ultimately be more than just buildings; but instead, living, breathing embodiments of Pittwater’s history and the vision for an enriched, harmonious life.

“Each home will represent the intersection of where the past meets the future in a celebration of comfort, elegance, and a deep connection to the land and sea,” Salib explained.

He continued to state that every residence will have its unique character, meticulously designed to complement its specific location.

Salib highlighted that this captivating mix of diversity and consistency ensures that no two homes will be the same, yet all will share a contemporary and environmentally responsible architectural theme.

With planning approvals in place and lots ready for immediate construction commencement, expressions of interest are now open.
