Sydney’s Circular Quay Tower Brings a Breath of Fresh Air

Lendlease has lodged a development application for a Foster and Partners designed commercial-building, in Sydney’s Circular Quay. The building could become Sydney’s tallest tower of up to 263m high if approved, and host an average of 5,500 workers. Occupants of the Lendlease’s proposed Circular Quay Tower in Barangaroo, NSW, will be provided with 50 per cent more fresh air then regular building codes require. The Melbourne Company Transforming Rubbish into Road

Using a mix of nearly 200,000 soft plastics (ranging from plastic bags and packaging), and roughly 63, 000 glass bottles, one Melbourne company is diverting them from landfill with aims to construct a Victorian road, all in an Australian-first trial. ‘Downer’ have partnered with Hume City Council and recycling companies ‘Close the Loop’ and ‘RED Group’ with plans to set a new benchmark in sustainable construction. $200 Million ‘Lifestyle Destination’ coming to Gold Coast

Sunland Group has unveiled their plans for a new lifestyle and retail waterfront precinct called ‘The Lanes’. The retail village will be situated in the heart of the Gold Coast’s iconic Mermaid Waters. Construction for the new precinct is on track to commence sometime this year. ‘Transformative’ $3.8 Billion Belmont Park Redevelopment

Stage 1 of the $3.8 billion multi-use redevelopment at Belmont Park is now underway. The new re-development is estimated that more than $10 billion will be injected into the West Australian economy.
