Privately owned developer, Sundale has just launched the Platinum on Peach Tree residential development in Macquarie Park, New South Wales.
Located at 9 Peach Tree Road, the architecturally-designed Platinum on Peach Tree is a 15-level apartment tower comprising 116 luxury apartments and a range of exclusive resident facilities – set within a lush landscaped area.
Sundale Director Willy Du said the vision for the development is to deliver premium apartment living that caters to modern families.
“We are excited to bring family-friendly living to this growth area, so residents can enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle with retail, transport and recreation facilities right on their doorstep without compromising on quality or living space.”
Facilities within the development were carefully selected for family-friendly appeal and include a wellness centre and yoga room, rooftop entertainment area, children’s play area, gymnasium, residents lounge and garden and an outdoor lap pool.
Future residents are sure to relish the development’s rooftop entertainment area, which will feature barbeques and a range of outdoor seating within a landscaped setting. It will also offer picturesque views across the neighbouring parklands, outwards to the Sydney CBD.
Providing a vital community space for residents to relax and meet, the ground floor lounge and garden will also include outdoor lounges and daybeds and space will be allocated for a communal herb garden.
Platinum on Peach Tree apartments will come in a range of spacious one, two and three-bedroom configurations.
With apartment interiors designed by high-profile interior design firm Turner, Platinum on Peach Tree is set to offer generous floorplans and easy open-plan living.
The development is being built by Ericon Buildings and construction is anticipated to commence in late 2019.
Construction on Platinum on Peach Tree is scheduled for completion early in 2022.
