OXO Living Unveils OXO The Residences in Bali

Balinese property developer OXO Living has revealed its latest luxury project, OXO The Residences, a boutique collection of 40 neo-luxury villas in Nyanyi, Bali, north of Canggu.

Nestled in a serene locale, the development offers a fusion of lush, contemporary, and traditional Balinese design.

Positioned as a new wellness and cultural hub, Nyanyi emerges as a lush green paradise, attracting those seeking tranquillity on the island.

The villas, designed by Bali-based German architect Alexis Dornier, offer various configurations, including three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom options, complemented by a clubhouse, landscaped gardens, BBQ area, and playground.

Drawing inspiration from Bali’s terraced rice fields, each villa is situated on its plateau, reflecting simplicity and iconic design elements.

With prices starting from $750,000, OXO The Residences showcases a seamless integration of luxury local materials, reflecting Bali’s rich architectural heritage.

OXO Living Founder and CEO Johannes Weissenbaeck highlights the project’s significance for the company and Nyanyi, Bali, especially for Australians looking to live permanently, buy a holiday home, or invest in Bali.

Architect Alexis Dornier explains that the project is a dialogue with the environment and Balinese culture, blending local materials and design elements to create villas that resonate with their surroundings.

OXO The Residences landscape design incorporates native flora while incorporating eco-conscious practices like rainwater harvesting, solar energy, and greywater management.

The villas are located within walking distance of Nyanyi Beach and Nuanu Creative City, Bali’s visionary creative hub.

Nuanu Creative City features dedicated spaces for education, art & culture, wellness, entertainment, and nature-inspired living.

Luna Beach Club, located cliffside along the coast of Tabanan, offers premium cuisine, entertainment, and design.

“We are confident that OXO The Residences will redefine luxury living in Nyanyi and serve as a beacon for sustainable development and cultural preservation in the region,” said Weissenbaeck.
