Perth Airport announces first on-site hotel in partnership with Accor

Perth Airport has unveiled plans for its first on-site hotel, partnering with Australia’s largest hotel operator, Accor, to bring the Pullman brand to the airport estate.

The new Pullman Perth Airport, set to open in 2027, will be a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance the travel experience for both international and domestic visitors.

The eight-storey Pullman Perth Airport will offer 240 rooms and suites, rooftop restaurant and bar, lobby lounge café, gymnasium and sauna, meeting facilities, and co-working spaces.

Perth Airport’s collaboration with Accor is part of a broader $5 billion capital investment program.

This program, the largest private infrastructure development in Perth’s history, includes new terminal and ground transport infrastructure alongside the hotel.

Adrian Williams, Accor Pacific Chief Operating Officer PM&E Division, pointed out the strategic importance of the project, stating: “We anticipate strong interest and demand for Pullman Perth Airport from both business and leisure travellers alike.”

The hotel’s design, led by DKO Architecture, will draw inspiration from Western Australia’s unique landscapes, providing visitors with a memorable first impression of the region.

This development marks a significant expansion for Accor’s airport hotel network, which currently includes 22 properties across the Pacific region.

The Pullman Perth Airport will join existing Pullman Airport hotels in Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland.

The addition of this premium accommodation option is expected to significantly enhance Perth Airport’s offerings, making it more convenient for travellers and potentially boosting tourism in Western Australia.
