Oxford Central, a mixed-use project in the north-west Sydney suburb of Epping, has reached completion. Developed by Greaton, the project’s twin 17-storey towers feature 251 premium apartments, as well as 292 car spaces and 625sqm of ground level retail.
Greaton’s Managing Director, Nicho Teng, said Oxford Central’s completion represented an important milestone for the company.
“Oxford Central’s completion marks the first time the people of Sydney are able to see the quality of product we are capable of delivering,” he said.
“Our objective is to always deliver exceptional places for our residents to live in, and we believe Oxford Central has well and truly achieved this.
Mr Teng also acknowledged the exceptional efforts of builder, Ceerose, in bringing Oxford Central to fruition.
“Ceerose has been an invaluable partner throughout this project and shared our vision from the outset,” he added.
“Their commitment to delivering a high-quality build has ensured we’ve reached this milestone right on schedule.”
Ceerose Managing Director Edward Doueihi, said they employed over 1,700 workers from various trades during the construction process, with approximately 350 workers on site every day that were predominantly from local companies.
“Ceerose is incredibly proud that our partnership with Greaton provided hundreds of jobs to help stimulate the local economy, whilst supporting one of Epping’s iconic residential projects. The high-quality craftmanship of Oxford Central will ensure it is a legacy project for the area,” he added.
The project was designed by international award-winning architectural practice Marchese Partners and resident amenities include an open-air café area and public plaza, surrounded by retained heritage aspects.
