KWG Australia has appointed award-winning construction company Alliance Project Group to deliver its landmark $300-million Castle Island residential project within the former Castle Hill Showgrounds precinct, at Castle Hill in Sydney’s northwest.

The project consists of seven towers to be built over three stages – stage one will involve the first three towers comprising 108 apartments.

The construction contract is believed to be valued at more than $100 million.

Designed in collaboration by a team of international and local architecture practices – including Giles Tribe Architects, Hong Kong-based DLN, and ARVA – the master-planned residential development will consist of a collection of luxury apartments with spacious proportions, many offering sweeping views of the Hills Districts and Blue Mountains.

Canadian practice Glyph Studio has conceived the interior designs of the project featuring beautifully crafted and timeless design, creating a new benchmark for luxurious apartments in Castle Hill.

Interestingly, the project has been purpose-built on an island site, specially planned to maximise light and space.

Alliance managing director Rouad Elayoubi said the company was delighted to be partnering with KWG to deliver a truly exceptional residential development.

Elayoubi said: “Our team is highly competent, efficient and well equipped for the task. We have delivered several similarly complex residential projects and have no doubt Castle Island will be crafted to an exceptional standard.”

Alliance is a multi-award-winning construction company specialising in a comprehensive range of design and construct services, and complete, innovative project solutions.

Bringing over 100 years of combined executive experience, Alliance has worked hard to foster a culture of uncompromising excellence in all that they do.

KWG chose Alliance because it had an excellent reputation and a solid track record having delivered several similar large-scale, master-planned developments to an exceptional standard.

The developer notes Alliance’s workmanship aligns with KWG’s principles in striving to deliver an unmatched quality for apartment buyers.

Ray White Projects managing director Eddie Mansour said with a broad range of meticulously designed apartments to choose from, Castle Island offers an exceptional opportunity for a range of buyers, from first home purchasers to local downsizers or rightsizers.

Mansour said: “With construction now starting, buyers can plan to move in to their immaculate new homes in Stage One by early 2024.

“The finishes and features at Castle Island set a new benchmark for luxurious residential living in The Hills district ensuring that the finishes remain timeless for future occupiers.

“Amenities being offered ensure that all residents have maximum enjoyment whilst maintaining low body corporate levies.”

Inspired by native flora, interiors of the oversized one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as ‘Sky Home’ residences, evoke a sense of natural luxury which mimics the exquisite landscape design.

The inviting alfresco spaces seamlessly merge the indoor and outdoor zones to create an all-season sanctuary, allowing residents to unwind in warm afternoons or entertain friends and family.

Apartments feature highly spacious open plan living with modern appliances, fixtures and finishes, with expansive outdoor sanctuaries.

Castle Island presents itself as the perfect opportunity for first home buyers, downsizers, empty-nesters or small families with spacious and beautifully crafted apartments on offer in this rapidly growing corridor of northwest Sydney.

Apartments are priced to accommodate a range of buyers starting from $610,000 for a one-bedroom apartment up to $1.8 million for a three-bedroom ‘sky home’ with additional bonus multi-purpose room.

Construction is set to commence imminently and is due for completion early 2024.
