Hub Australia launches new North Adelaide workspace

Building on the success of its first Adelaide site in the CBD, Hub Australia — the country’s largest privately owned flexible workspace operator — has officially opened its second location within North Adelaide’s landmark 88 O’Connell redevelopment.

The new Hub North Adelaide delivers an elevated workplace experience, offering a combination of world-class design, premium service, and lifestyle-driven amenities designed to help professionals and their teams love where they work.

Equipped with more than 300 desks, the site features a diverse mix of private offices and suites, semi-enclosed offices, dedicated desks, and flexible workspaces to meet varying business needs.

Designed by international architecture and design firm M Moser Associates, the space aims to blur the line between office and lifestyle.Hub Australia launches new North Adelaide workspace 2

A hallmark feature is the members’ kitchen, which opens directly onto a shared outdoor terrace, providing a relaxed and sociable environment.

Members also have access to a range of thoughtfully designed spaces, from collaborative areas to quiet zones like the Relax Room — offering an opportunity to reset during the workday.

Lead Designer Amanda Gibbs from M Moser Associates said that the design approach for Hub North Adelaide focused on creating a warm, community-driven environment that connects people and place.

“It blends Adelaide’s heritage charm with a vibrant, modern energy – inviting people to work, meet, and belong.”

With a mission to inspire people to love where they work, Hub Australia’s latest location brings together premium amenities and hospitality-inspired features that redefine the concept of workplace wellbeing.

The site integrates lifestyle concierge services to assist members with daily needs ranging from dropping off dry cleaning to making restaurant recommendations.

Beyond its distinctive hospitality offering, Hub North Adelaide includes amenities that go beyond the standard commercial office environment.

Members enjoy integrated end-of-trip facilities with all-gender amenities, two hours of free on-site parking, as well as in-building services such as a car wash and dog wash — features that highlight Hub’s emphasis on convenience and balance.

As a certified B Corp and carbon-neutral organisation, Hub Australia continues to champion sustainability and community impact across its growing national footprint.

The new North Adelaide facility will also participate in Hub’s Flexi Impact Program, which offers workspace and amenities at no cost to selected non-profits and purpose-driven organisations.

This initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering positive environmental and social outcomes through its operations.

“Hub North Adelaide is about more than desks — it’s a destination that brings five-star hospitality to work,” said Brad Krauskopf, CEO and Founder of Hub Australia.

“It’s for teams who want an elevated experience and a community that values both business and balance.”

Following the launch of Hub North Adelaide, Hub Australia now operates sixteen Clubhouses across every major capital city in the country, reinforcing its position as Australia’s leading provider of premium flexible workspaces.

Businesses of all sizes and individuals seeking a more inspiring place to work can now secure a membership or workspace within the newly opened North Adelaide site.
