Deicorp begins $640m Crows Nest landmark project

Deicorp begins $640m Crows Nest landmark

Construction is now underway on a $640 million landmark development in Crows Nest, as Deicorp makes its debut in the city’s Lower North Shore.

Positioned prominently at The Five Ways on Pacific Highway, the project — Falcon & Alexander — will deliver 188 apartments, including 48 set aside for Affordable Housing.

It marks Deicorp’s third construction commencement in 2025, adding to a pipeline that has seen four projects begin since December, delivering more than 2,000 homes.

The project has been conceived by award-winning architects TURNER as a “vertical village,” centred around a landscaped atrium and communal gardens.

Residents will enjoy panoramic views across Sydney Harbour and the Lower North Shore, alongside premium amenities such as a private Skygarden, and boutique retail and dining options integrated into the ground floor.

With the new Metro station within walking distance, residents will have what Deicorp describes as “unrivalled connectivity” to Sydney’s transport network, enabling easy access to top dining, education, and health precincts.

Deicorp Founder Fouad Deiri said the development represents a significant milestone for the company.

“This is a community we deeply respect, and we’re proud to contribute with a project that reflects the character, energy, and potential of Crows Nest,” said Deiri.

“This project has been five years in the making, and to see works commence on site is a big milestone for all involved.

“This is an iconic location, and a great location deserves a great design.

“With Falcon & Alexander, we’re delivering more than just apartments; it will be a new landmark for Crows Next that not only delivers housing but will benefit the community with an activated retail offering.”

Falcon & Alexander is expected to officially launch to market in the coming months, cementing Deicorp’s expansion beyond its traditional strongholds into one of Sydney’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
