DARE Property Group has officially broken ground on Amara Mosman, a boutique collection of just 26 ultra-exclusive residences at 700 Military Road on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
The circa $200 million project, delivered by Fleek Constructions, is set to transform Mosman’s prestigious high street into a destination that blends high-end residential living with wellness-focused amenities.
Anchored by the forthcoming Saint Haven private members club, the development is already generating strong interest among local buyers.
Fleek Constructions was appointed to deliver the project due to its reputation for executing complex, high-calibre builds in tightly constrained urban environments.
David Avidan of DARE Property Group said the partnership reflects the developer’s uncompromising standards.
“We chose Fleek because they don’t just build – they craft.
“Their ability to deliver exceptional quality in tightly held, premium environments perfectly mirrors the uncompromising standards we set for Amara.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled with this partnership.”
Located within Mosman’s tightly held village precinct, the project presents logistical challenges requiring precise planning in access, staging, and construction sequencing.
The builder’s experience in managing sensitive sites was a key factor in its selection.
Construction begins amid strong market demand, with Amara already recording notable sales and attracting attention as one of the most sought-after boutique developments in the area.
Buyer interest has largely been driven by local downsizers and professionals seeking a premium lifestyle offering.
Danny Avidan, Founder of DARE Property Group, highlighted the strength of early enquiry and the profile of prospective buyers.
“The overwhelming enquiry has come from within Mosman and the Lower North Shore, with a significant number of Northern Beaches buyers eager to downsize into this level of refined living.
“These are discerning owner-occupiers — established professionals who crave architectural brilliance, uncompromising quality, and a lifestyle that seamlessly blends luxury residences with world-class wellness in the heart of Mosman’s high St and exceptional view lines.
“Amara isn’t just another apartment building; it’s a private sanctuary they’ve been waiting for.”
Designed by DKO Architecture in collaboration with DARE Property Group, the seven-storey development features a refined material palette of textured brickwork and vertical design elements that respond to Mosman’s architectural character.
Elevated positioning across the site will offer residents views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline.
A defining feature of the project is its 1,600 square-metre wellness and retail precinct, to be operated by Saint Haven, the private members club founded by Tim Gurner of GURNER Group.
The Mosman location will become Saint Haven’s second Sydney site following its North Sydney debut.
Spanning two levels and directly accessible to residents, the facility will include a bathhouse with thermal pool, cold plunge and sauna, alongside a gym, reformer Pilates studio, spa services, wholefoods dining, and advanced wellness treatments such as cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
DARE Property Group has delivered more than $1 billion in residential developments across Sydney, with a pipeline exceeding $1.5 billion, including upcoming projects in Double Bay and Manly.
Amara Mosman is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
