Delivery certainty is fast becoming the most critical priority for leaders across Australia’s construction and infrastructure sector.

Record project pipelines are colliding with persistent labour shortages, rising input costs, tighter capital discipline, increasing sustainability requirements and long‑standing productivity challenges.
