Yarrabilba’s retail and apartment projects advance

27 Feb, 2026

Stockland’s growing Yarrabilba community in Logan, Queensland continues to gain momentum, with construction now underway on a new retail precinct at Dixon Circuit and a mixed-use apartment development, MountView, preparing to launch later this year.

The Dixon Circuit retail precinct will serve as a major convenience and service hub for local residents, bringing new dining and lifestyle options to the fast-growing community.

Confirmed tenants include Hungry Jack’s, Guzman y Gomez, Subway and JAX Tyres & Auto, with further tenant announcements expected as development progresses.

The precinct will feature approximately 8,000 square metres of lettable area, incorporating food and dining outlets, showrooms, and indoor recreation spaces.

A total of 287 on-site car parks will support the precinct, ensuring convenient access for residents and visitors alike.

Construction is now underway on Stage 1, which will deliver the initial mix of food and service retail. It is expected to open in late 2026.

Stage 2 of the precinct will feature a dedicated bulky goods offering, expanding the local retail mix and attracting a broader range of businesses to the area.

Stockland Senior Development Manager, Andrew Erzetich, said the new projects represented a significant step in the community’s evolution.

“We’re pleased to see the Dixon Circuit retail precinct start to take shape – it’s a major milestone for our Yarrabilba community,” Erzetich said.

“These additions will bring more food, dining and service options to the community, while MountView introduces a way of living that reflects Yarrabilba’s growth and diversity of housing.

“The progress we’re making reflects our commitment to delivering vibrant communities with a truly connected and convenient lifestyle.”

MountView, to be delivered by Radiance Spaces, will introduce premium apartment living to Yarrabilba for the first time.

Positioned at the community’s entrance, MountView will feature ground-floor dining and retail offerings with three levels of modern apartments above.

Construction is expected to commence in 2026.

The project’s anticipated build time is between 18 and 24 months, adding new housing diversity and retail vibrancy to the masterplanned community.

Stockland’s Yarrabilba has evolved into one of Logan’s most significant growth areas, attracting families and first-home buyers with its balance of housing, employment, education, and lifestyle amenities.

The area is projected to continue expanding as key precincts like Dixon Circuit enhance its self-sufficiency and economic activity.
