Sekisui House Australia launches Summit & Ridge

Sekisui House Australia launches Summit & Ridge

Sekisui House Australia is poised to launch Summit & Ridge, the fourth and most striking stage of its award-winning Sanctuary masterplan at Wentworth Point.

This exciting new development features architecturally refined residences designed to offer elevated living experiences.

The project consists of two towers, Summit at 40 storeys and Ridge at 33 storeys, comprising a total of 488 apartments.

The design is by the acclaimed architecture firm TURNER, working out of their London and Sydney studios.

Zac Petrovic, Project Director – Apartment & Mixed-use Developments at Sekisui House Australia, described Summit & Ridge as “the pinnacle of Sanctuary living with a very high calibre of design”.

He noted a growing demand for larger homes, particularly three and four-bedroom apartments, driven by family needs.

He added: “This stage is leading the way by introducing the first integrated childcare facility within the development.

“In response to this trend, we have expanded our offering of spacious residences in Stage Four.”

Petrovic further said: “There is also a growing interest from purchasers who are seeking a better lifestyle, superior design and the benefits of being part of a master planned community.

“Summit & Ridge delivers all of these aspects and more.

“Spectacular water views and resort-level amenities featuring a swimming pool and outdoor seating areas will be showcased.”

Turning to the architectural vision, Shewanna Mendis, Director at TURNER, said: “Summit & Ridge is a striking architectural marker, proudly standing between Sydney Olympic Park’s Millennium Marker, the foreshore park and water.

“The design frames views, guides movement and enhances the connection between nature and the city.”

She described the towers’ form as “Organic, petal-like forms define the towers, creating a sculptural presence that responds to its surroundings.

“As you move around them, the forms appear to dance, reinforcing a sense of place and individuality.”

Mendis emphasised the importance of the landscaped podium that acts as a green spine connecting the towers and natural environment, reinforcing the Sanctuary masterplan’s ecological integration focus.

“The spaces in between are just as important as the architecture itself. Summit & Ridge is designed with people in mind, a place where city and nature converge, balancing vibrancy with tranquillity,” she added.

At street level, townhouses activate the precinct, offering a rare opportunity for low-density living within this high-rise community.

The grand entry lobby, with double-height glazing and sculptural metal panels, marks a bold transition from urban landscape to residence.

Angus Henderson, Founder of Henderson & Co. and interior designer of the project, explained the interiors’ inspiration, stating: “The interiors were inspired by the natural rhythm and refinement of the Sanctuary masterplan.

“We approached these residences as a continuation of the site’s immersive landscape setting, designing not just spaces, but a lifestyle experience.”

Amenity-wise, Summit residents will enjoy exclusive facilities including a resort-style pool and sauna on level 30, while Ridge offers an outdoor cinema, sunset bar, and dining space on level 24.

Importantly, a 110-place childcare centre at the base of Ridge supports families living on-site.

Construction is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025, with completion expected by the third quarter of 2028.
