Parkview and Sekisui expand $573m partnership

Parkview and Sekisui expand $573m partnership

Parkview Constructions has strengthened its long-term partnership with Sekisui House Australia, signing two major contracts worth a combined $573 million in November 2025.

The new agreements will see Parkview deliver more than 950 new apartments across two of Sekisui House’s flagship Sydney masterplanned communities — Sanctuary at Wentworth Point and Melrose Park.

Under the new contracts, Parkview has been appointed to construct Sanctuary Stage 4, valued at $300 million, and Melrose Park Stage 6, worth $273 million.

Together, the projects will bring much-needed new housing to Sydney’s growing western corridor, which continues to experience strong demand amid ongoing population growth and the state’s housing shortfall.

Located on the foreshore of the Parramatta River, Sanctuary Stage 4 — also known as Summit & Ridge — represents the most prominent stage of Sekisui House’s masterplan at Wentworth Point.

Designed by award-winning architecture firm TURNER, the development will deliver 488 apartments spanning one to four-bedroom configurations.

The Summit tower is set to rise 40 storeys, with Ridge at 33 storeys, offering panoramic views over Homebush Bay and the city beyond.

In addition to residential dwellings, Stage 4 will include a 110-place childcare centre, a resort-style pool and sauna within Summit, and Ridge’s outdoor cinema, sunset bar, and dining terrace.

Parkview’s appointment follows the recent topping out of Willow (Sanctuary Stage 3), which comprises 309 apartments, and the completion of Stage 2 – Laguna & Glade, delivered earlier in 2025.

“Willow is the latest accomplishment for Parkview Constructions in service to our long-standing partnership with Sekisui House,” said Glenn Moran, Head of Construction at Parkview.

“Over more than a decade, we have worked continuously with Sekisui House to bring three masterplans to life, and various key projects.”

Stage 2 of Sanctuary, designed by PBD Architects, added 163 premium waterside apartments and a central community green space, connecting residents to nearby amenities, including The Revive Health Club, which features an indoor gym, pool, sauna, and spa.

At nearby Melrose Park, Parkview Constructions has already completed Stage 4 of the regionally significant urban renewal project, where residents have now moved into their new homes.

The vast multi-stage precinct covers approximately 300,000 square metres and will deliver more than 6,000 apartments in its initial phases.

Melrose Park Stage 4 added 421 apartments across six residential buildings, along with retail space, a gym, yoga room, sauna, dog wash facilities, landscaped communal gardens, and rooftop entertaining areas.

The newly awarded Stage 6 contract will see an additional 468 new homes built, continuing Sekisui House’s vision of a connected, sustainable community near Parramatta.
