UAE — Palma Development has announced the launch of Serenia District, a Dh5bn (US$1.36 billion) upscale residential community located in the Jumeirah Islands.
The expansive development, spanning 55,740 square metres with a built-up area of 325,150 square metres, aims to redefine luxury living in the region with its innovative design and comprehensive lifestyle amenities.
Serenia District will consist of six integrated towers centred around six distinct lifestyle zones, including the Serenia Signature Clubhouse, a Health and Social zone, Sports and Recreation spaces, a Family Oasis, a Nature Discovery zone, and a Wellness Retreat.
The first phase of the project introduces West Residence, a 46-storey tower featuring 419 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.
Each residence is designed to offer stunning views of the Jumeirah Islands and the surrounding landscape, seamlessly blending with the natural environment.
A key highlight of the Serenia District is the 9,290 square metres Serenia Signature Clubhouse.
This multilevel facility boasts an array of amenities, including an infinity pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a rooftop café, male and female spas, an indoor paddle court, a half basketball court, a games room, and various retail and food and beverage spaces, all designed to elevate the living experience for residents.
Designed by Nikken Sekkei, a Japanese architectural firm, Serenia District draws inspiration from the Japanese Ireko design language.
The community hub is interconnected by 20 kilometres of walkways, promoting an active lifestyle, while the starlight facade lighting provides subtle illumination throughout the day and night.
Its prime location next to business and entertainment hubs provides residents with easy access to the city’s vibrant lifestyle, all while being immersed in a nature-infused environment.
