Developers Norup & Wilson have appointed PACT Construction as their preferred construction partner for The Grandton Applecross.
Designed in collaboration with leading architectural practice, Silver Thomas Hanley, the Grandton was established to reimagine seniors living.
The $110 million, 14-storey luxury development comprises 80 strata-titled serviced retirement living apartments with one, two and three bedroom options, 10 private care suites, communal resident facilities, rooftop garden and restaurant and office on ground floors.

Grandton Applecross is designed to be more spacious than traditional apartments and the design enables adaption to changing health and lifestyle needs. The building is also designed to Class 9C standards with 24-hour service within the building, providing an immediate response to care requirements.

Construction of Grandton Applecross is anticipated to commence in October 2021.
