Sydney oceanfront luxury living arrives at ESTE

Oceanfront luxury living arrives at ESTE

iCIRT-rated developer and builder, Urban Property Group has announced the launch of ESTE, an exclusive oceanfront residential project in Sydney’s coastal enclave of Little Bay, just 14 kilometres from the CBD.

With only 94 residences on offer, ESTE is positioned as a boutique release designed for discerning buyers seeking oceanfront living, blending architectural excellence with a premium lifestyle offering.

Designed by Hill Thalis Architects, ESTE has been carefully crafted to harmonise with the coastal setting while embodying principles of architectural integrity and lifestyle design.

The residences feature expansive layouts, high-end finishes, and interiors inspired by the textures and tones of the Little Bay coastline.

Many apartments offer uninterrupted ocean views — a rarity in Sydney — as well as generous storage and privacy for downsizers and lifestyle seekers.

Architect Philip Thalis of Hill Thalis said: “We have been proud to work with Patrick Elias and the Urban Property Group team on Este, Little Bay.

“Their commitment to respecting this unique site’s incredible beauty and cultural significance has enabled us to design the highest amenity for future residents.

“We bring decades of design research and experience in crafting these apartments to optimise light, air and outlook, and take the utmost care to frame generous and flexible spatial arrangements for living.”

Thalis was awarded the prestigious 2024 Gold Medallist Award by the Australian Institute of Architects for his outstanding contribution to the profession across Australia.

Beyond the living spaces, ESTE integrates exclusive amenities to support resident wellbeing and community connection.

A heated rooftop infinity pool offers sweeping ocean views, while a TechnoGym-equipped fitness centre and a dedicated sauna complete the wellness offering.

These amenities are embedded into ESTE’s design philosophy, fostering a sense of balance through physical vitality, social connection, and mental wellbeing.

Situated a short walk from Little Bay Beach and adjacent to Kamay Botany Bay National Park, ESTE places residents in one of Sydney’s most pristine natural settings.

With golf courses, walking trails, and oceanfront leisure opportunities close at hand, the development embodies the essence of coastal luxury living.

Urban Property Group commenced construction of ESTE in November 2024, with the project set to top out in late 2025. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2026.

To provide further assurance, every apartment comes with Latent Defects Insurance (LDI), offering a 10-year structural warranty from completion.

ESTE represents a rare opportunity in Sydney’s competitive property market.

Guided by the vision of Hill Thalis Architects and Richard Stanisich, the development merges natural beauty, luxury living, and architectural craftsmanship into a limited release.

With construction progressing and demand for coastal residences in Sydney remaining strong, ESTE positions itself as one of the most anticipated releases on the city’s eastern coastline.
