New industrial development approved in Jandakot

Capital Prudential’s Jandakot Business Park project has received the green light from authorities, paving the way for construction to commence later this year.

Justin Mabarrack, the head of industrial/commercial at Effective Property Solutions (EPS) said the 46-unit strata warehouse development, located at 100 Prinsep Road, in Perth’s southern corridor is already in high demand.

“Jandakot Business Park is set to redefine Jandakot’s landscape and bring a new phase of renewal to the area while adding valuable new stock to a market with significant supply constraints,” explained Mabarrack.

He further revealed that more than a quarter of the estate’s high truss warehouses have already been placed under offer or held for investors and owner-occupiers, following over 180 enquiries.

The precinct is generating significant interest due to forthcoming high-profile developments and the sustained growth forecast for the area.

The warehouses at Jandakot Business Park feature exclusive parking bays, three-phase power, amenities including shower facilities, full kitchenettes, and mezzanine storage.

The units range in size from 150 square metres to 493 square metres, and the estate will boast CCTV, landscaped gardens, and prominent street signage.

Capital Prudential’s Jack Bennett highlighted the project’s excellent transport connections to key southern corridor precincts, stating: “With a focus on modernity and functionality, the Jandakot Business Park is poised to become a hub of innovation and growth.

“There’s strong demand for these new, smaller format industrial warehouses, so we’re excited to be edging closer to beginning construction and bringing this project to life.”

Designed by Mulder Kampman Design, the Jandakot Business Park is expected to be completed by September 2025, providing a modern and functional industrial hub in the heart of Perth’s southern corridor.
