Metro Property Development (Metro) is set to launch Sierra Residences, a new residential estate in Kellyville in Sydney’s north-west.

Located at 4 Memorial Avenue, Sierra Residences delivers 51 individual boutique homes, with land lots sized from 240 to 373 square metres. Surrounded by natural bushland, local parks, village hubs and retail centres, it presents the perfect family address with excellent amenities and connectivity.

Sierra Residences offers contemporary architecturally-designed homes in four, five and six-bedroom configurations split over two-levels with luxury finishes.

“We are looking forward to delivering Sierra Residences and contributing to the ever-growing Hills District. These luxury town homes are in a prime location in the heart of Kellyville and close to the North-West Rail Link,” said Phil Leahy, of Metro Property Development.

“The North-West Metro line will dramatically improve transport in the area, enabling residents to travel to the Sydney CBD in around 30 minutes by mid-2019.”

The Hills Shire Council is also planning a $7 million upgrade to facilities near Kellyville Park, including new multi-purpose fields, parking spaces for 250 cars and a new amenities building.

Civil works will commence in March 2018 with housing construction to commence upon completion of the civil works.

A total of 38 of the residences are Community Title and a Community Title Scheme will manage all common areas within the estate including roads, public landscaped areas, streetlights, and underground works for the residences.
