Following the success of its VIII Kirra project, property developer Devlink Group will be launching a new project named UNIQ at 2-4 Waterford Court, Bundall.
This development will feature 22 luxury townhouse properties in central Gold Coast, each fitted with private lifts, rooftop terraces, three bedrooms, a self-contained multipurpose room and three bathrooms.
The waterfront properties will also feature private plunge pools in addition to a communal swimming pool and barbecue facilities.
Devlink Group Head of Marketing James Ball said UNIQ will serve as a great addition to Bundall, as the Sunlight Lifestyle Precinct is set to transform the area into one of Gold Coast’s in-demand locations.
Sunlight Lifestyle Precinct is a joint development between Aquis Australia and the Gold Coast Turf Club. The project will comprise of eight luxury accommodation buildings across 1.8 hectares of land.
“Given the fast-growing population of the Gold Coast and the lack of land availability, buyers are choosing this type of product as it gives them the opportunity to live in a location that allows for a great lifestyle while providing them the living space they want with minimal upkeep required.
“What makes it even more thrilling for us is the fact that our project is situated in a prime area, granting access to two prominent entertainment hubs—the Sunlight Lifestyle Precinct and Home of The Arts (HOTA), while still being only five to 10 minutes’ from the beach,” said Ball.
Two UNIQ townhouses have already been sold for over $1.8 million.
Head of Business at Devlink Group Eric Chen said the company would continue to focus on these types of high-quality projects and continue to work with City of Gold Coast as population increases.
