Central Element has submitted a development application (DA) to Waverly Council for a project overlooking Bondi Beach in Sydney.
This boutique development, situated on land acquired last year at 20-22 Sandridge Street and 21 Wilga Street, is predicted to redefine luxury living in Sydney’s East, with an estimated end value of $150 million.
The project comprises seven ultra-luxury residences — two houses and five apartments — designed to the highest standards by award-winning MHNDU architects.
Each residence offers views over Bondi Beach to Ben Buckler Headland, setting a new benchmark for premium residential living in the area.
The two houses will be located at the top of the site, with three bedrooms, a study on the ground floor and an expansive open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area on the top floor.
Each house will feature balconies, a ground-floor terrace with a private plunge pool, and outdoor entertaining space.
The five apartments will be positioned towards the coast, with each floor boasting 20-metre east-facing frontages and panoramic ocean views.
The ground-level apartments will have private pools on their rear-facing terraces, while the upper levels will feature whole-floor apartments with extra studies and expansive terraces with spas.
Central Element Managing Director Nathan Chivas expressed excitement about the project: “The Bondi Beach market is one of the most exciting in Australia, and with this ultra-premium boutique project, we will be curating residences that will stand apart from all the rest.”
