Castle Group breaks ground on Solara Residences in NSW

23 Feb, 2026

Castle Group has commenced construction at Solara Residences in Schofields in New South Wales, marking another addition to its growing boutique residential portfolio.

Solara Residences, located at 30 Advance Street, Schofields, comprises 125 architecturally designed homes from three-bedroom to five-bedroom residences.

A boutique community inspired by Mediterranean and contemporary design, Solara offers convenient connectivity to Parramatta, the Sydney CBD, and surrounding employment centres. Residents will also benefit from proximity to established schools, parklands and retail amenity.

Castle Group CEO Ranisha Clarke said Solara represents an important step in the company’s continued expansion.

“Solara reflects our commitment to delivering communities defined by quality, design integrity, and liveability.

“As our portfolio continues to grow, we remain focused on creating homes that deliver enduring value for residents and their communities.”

House and land packages are currently priced between AU$1.08 million and AU$1.47 million. Land registration is expected by the end of 2026, with the first homes to be completed during 2027.

Castle Group specialises in low and medium-sized residential projects.

The group has expanded into a portfolio spanning property, energy infrastructure, technology and hospitality with a project pipeline valued at over AU$1.7 billion to be delivered by 2030.
