Broad Construction has been selected by Honeycombes Property Group and joint-venture partner MaxCap Group to deliver Brisbane’s Ferny Grove Central development which involves the redevelopment of the existing Ferny Grove Train Station.
The project, which will improve amenity for commuters and the wider Ferny Grove community, comprises new transport facilities (the majority undercover); a retail offering with a focus on flexibility, service providers and entertainment; landscaped pedestrian plazas and air-conditioned retail plaza; and improved vehicle and pedestrian connections. The project will generate revenue of approximately $100 million for CPB Contractors.

Construction will commence in June 2021 and is expected to be completed by August 2023.
Ferny Grove Central adds to Broad’s portfolio of Queensland building projects which includes the Inner City South State Secondary College and the re-development of the Kingaroy Hospital.
