Former Leighton Properties executives Peter Clemesha, Stephen Rayleigh and James Paver have announced the highly-anticipated establishment of Avenor Pty Ltd (Avenor), a new development company based in Sydney, New South Wales.

The company will focus on the development of large residential / mixed-use precincts and institutional grade commercial office projects in Australia’s major capital cities in partnership with domestic and international capital partners.
