Affordable Housing Summit

Date: 11 March 2026 to 12 March 2026
Location Royal Hotel on the Park - Brisbane
Affordable Housing Summit

In Australia, Property values have increased by over 67% in the last decade. In April 2025, around 34% of all Australian homes are valued at $1M or more.

In capital cities like Sydney, about 64% of homes now exceed the $1 million mark. The $1 million price tag now relates to roughly eight years of household earnings for the average Australian, making it increasingly challenging for younger and lower-income families to enter the market.

With interest rate cuts expected, and continued strong migration and investor demand persisting, further price rises are anticipated. As a result, many buyers are turning to regional and satellite cities for more affordable options.

Join us at the Affordable Housing Summit, hosted by Trueventus, for exclusive insights into successful case studies and innovative solutions from industry leaders.

This is a prime opportunity to engage with housing professionals, policymakers, and developers across the sector to explore scalable strategies, community-first models, and forward-looking approaches that can transform Brisbane’s affordable housing future.
