National law firm Holding Redlich has announced the appointment of Partners Jonathan McTigue and Lisa Vo, along with lawyers Cihan Icel and Lily Joslin-Boyle, to its Melbourne Construction, Infrastructure & Projects practice.
The new arrivals bring extensive experience advising clients on major transport, energy, mining, commercial development and government projects, with particular strength in claims management and dispute resolution.
Jonathan McTigue joins the firm as a former partner of Clayton Utz and HWLE Lawyers.
With more than 25 years’ experience, he has advised contractors and government and private sector principals on complex infrastructure, construction, mining and government-related matters.
He is recognised in the industry for his technical expertise, commercial judgement and practical approach to managing complex project issues.

Lisa Vo joins Holding Redlich from HWLE Lawyers, bringing significant experience as a construction and infrastructure disputes lawyer.
She advises government and private sector clients on claims management and dispute resolution and has worked on some of Victoria’s most significant infrastructure and transport projects.
She said the move comes at an important time for the firm, noting the continued growth of its Construction, Infrastructure & Projects practice and describing the opportunity to contribute her experience on major infrastructure projects while supporting the firm’s expansion in Victoria and nationally.
Jonathan, Lisa, Cihan and Lily join the existing Melbourne team, which comprises partners Lachlan Ingram and Dado Hrustanpasic and seven additional lawyers, further building out the firm’s presence in the sector.
Holding Redlich’s National Head of Construction, Infrastructure & Projects, Stephen Burton, said the appointments reflect a strategic investment in talent that strengthens the firm’s capabilities across the industry.
He noted that the new team members bring significant experience advising on complex construction and infrastructure matters across the full project lifecycle, complementing the firm’s existing strengths and expertise.

The appointments come amid sustained demand for specialist construction and infrastructure legal advice, as major transport, energy and development projects continue across Victoria and nationally.
Holding Redlich’s Melbourne practice now counts four partners and eleven lawyers dedicated to the sector, reflecting the firm’s broader push to build depth in claims management and dispute resolution capabilities.
