Billie Onsite launches AI assistant for construction and property management in Australia

Billie Onsite, an innovative AI assistant for construction and property management, has officially entered the Australian market.

This new tool is set to transform onsite reporting and field-to-office communication by leveraging artificial intelligence to process real-time visual and audio data.

Billie’s AI-powered system categorises and summarises issues, creates tracking dashboards, and automatically generates PDF photo reports and Excel spreadsheets.

This automation eliminates the need for manual data organisation, saving time and reducing errors in the process.

The platform’s user-friendly interface requires only three simple prompts — talk, capture, and next — allowing workers to effortlessly record issues on the go.

This streamlined approach ensures faster issue resolution, minimises delays and enhances accountability across projects.

Annie Liang, Co-Founder of Billie Onsite, emphasised the platform’s focus on simplicity and speed: “By building around AI’s capabilities, we’ve achieved the simplicity and speed needed for onsite industries and to enable the results business owners need.”

Liang’s extensive background in construction technology, including leadership in prefab volume home-building, has informed Billie’s development.

Key features of Billie Onsite include:

  • Ultra-simple interface with just three buttons
  • Timestamped photo capture for dispute avoidance
  • Digital memory for easy issue recall
  • Visual training guides for apprentices
  • Privacy-first approach with controlled publishing
  • Multilingual support for 25 languages
  • Quick sharing via various communication channels
  • Automated report generation
  • Offline mode for poor internet conditions
  • Real-time chat within site issues
  • Cross-platform availability (iOS, Android, and web)

Billie Onsite aims to address the communication challenges faced by Australia’s 1.3 million workers in construction and property management.

By increasing field insight visibility by 300 per cent and reducing data handling efforts by two-thirds, the platform promises to minimise delays, errors, and potential disputes.

The AI assistant is already making an impact, with users from over a hundred construction companies across Australia adopting the technology.

Commercial landlords are also beginning to implement Billie for their property management teams.

Billie Onsite is available for a free trial via the App Store and Google Play Store, with monthly subscriptions starting at $38 per seat.

The company is currently offering a 50 per cent discount on team plans until April 2025.

As AI continues to revolutionise various industries, Billie Onsite represents a significant step forward in automating and streamlining construction and property management processes in Australia.
