Australasian Procurement and Construction Council

08 Sep, 2016

The Australasian Procurement and Construction Council (APCC) is the peak council whose members are responsible for procurement, construction, asset management and property policy and delivery for State and Territory Governments.

The APCC is owned by government and exists to drive public sector procurement excellence through cross jurisdictional collaboration.

Our Structure

Led by a Council of Chief Executives, we have numerous Special Interest Groups (SIGs) to provide opportunities for collaboration:

  • Strategic Procurement
  • Construction and Asset Management
  • ICT Strategic Procurement
  • Procurement of Education Goods and Services
  • Government Property.

Networking opportunities

In addition to our SIGs, we regularly facilitate Knowledge Networks across Australasia.  These teleconferences, offered at no charge, connect public sector agencies on specific topics such as social procurement, Building Information Modelling, category management spend analysis, travel, energy, and procurement/commissioning of social and community services to name a few.
