Northcote Collective development in Naremburn tops out

Northcote Collective development in Naremburn tops out

Brought to market by Lower North Shore developer Abadeen, the highly anticipated Northcote Collective development in Naremburn has officially “topped out”.

The boutique project, comprising just 58 apartments, has reached its highest point as it moves toward completion, now scheduled for early 2026.

Designed by award-winning architects Rothelowman, Northcote Collective offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

The architecture combines bold contemporary form with timeless materiality, aiming to deliver a new benchmark in residential design and liveability.

Located within walking distance of Crows Nest village, as well as the new Crows Nest and St Leonards Metro stations, the project promises strong connectivity and convenience.

“This is an important and exciting moment for Northcote Collective, and we’re proud to celebrate this milestone with our partners, consultants, and future residents,” said Justin Brown, Executive Chairman and Founder of Abadeen.

“From the outset, our vision was to create something truly special for Naremburn — homes that respect the character of the neighbourhood while elevating the standard of Lower North Shore living.

“With connectivity to transport, retail on the doorstep and a true village lifestyle, this milestone also comes at a perfect time when buyer confidence is returning to the market.

“I am incredibly proud of our team and of Decode for their dedication in helping us bring this vision to life.”

Delivered in partnership with NSW builder Decode, an iCIRT-rated operator recognised for its commitment to quality, Northcote Collective also introduces a ground-floor retail offering, delivering lifestyle amenities directly to residents.

The project is crowned by a rooftop pool and entertaining terrace with panoramic district views, providing a rare luxury within a boutique development of its scale.

Ali Mobarak, Associate Director at Decode, highlighted the strong partnership between builder and developer.

“Working with such a prolific and leading developer as Abadeen on Northcote Collective has been a privilege,” said Mobarak.

“Our team has worked tirelessly with meticulous attention to detail to ensure every element reflects the highest standards in design, quality and liveability.

“Reaching the top of the structure is a proud moment, and we remain on track for completion in early 2026.”

The location offers residents easy access to Sydney CBD, North Sydney, and Balmoral Beach, while the nearby Crows Nest village provides access to award-winning dining and premium shopping.

With its boutique scale, luxury amenities, and strong transport links, the project is already generating interest from downsizers and young professionals.

Market conditions are also adding momentum.

Recent interest rate cuts and improved lending conditions have reignited buyer confidence, with auction activity in Sydney surging by 30 per cent and clearance rates surpassing 70 per cent.

Analysts predict continued strength in the North Shore property market through 2025, positioning Northcote Collective as one of the region’s most desirable new addresses.
