Construction begins on Ellis Residences in sought-after Sydney suburb

08 May, 2025
Ellis Residences construction begins

Construction has officially commenced at Ellis Residences, a boutique development of 18 luxury apartments set to redefine premium living in St Ives, one of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs.

Developed by Inca Group and built by its internal delivery arm, GOP Constructions, the project is located at 6–8 Newhaven Place and is expected to be completed by September 2026.

Designed by the award-winning A+ Design Studio, Ellis Residences offers spacious three-bedroom apartments that blend architectural excellence with the natural beauty of the Upper North Shore.

The development is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, providing residents with tranquillity while remaining close to St Ives Shopping Village and leading local schools.

“We’re immensely proud to announce that construction is now underway at Ellis Residences,” said Josh Thompson, Managing Director of Inca Group.

“With our internal delivery arm, GOP Constructions, as builder, we’re continuing our track record of delivering premium residential projects with precision and care.

“This also reflects the benefit of managing both development and construction in-house — giving us complete oversight across every detail.”

Each apartment is meticulously designed to offer generous interiors, abundant natural light, and high-quality finishes that evoke timeless elegance.

Residents will also benefit from proximity to expansive green spaces, including St Ives Village Green and Garigal National Park, as well as future upgrades to the local sports and recreation precinct by Ku-ring-gai Council.

“With just 18 apartments, Ellis Residences represents a rare opportunity to secure an exclusive home in one of Sydney’s most desirable suburbs,” Thompson added.

“We look forward to bringing this vision to life.”

Ellis Residences is set to become a landmark address, offering a unique blend of luxury, convenience, and serenity in the heart of St Ives.

Completion is anticipated by September 2026, marking a significant milestone for the Upper North Shore’s residential landscape.
