Crystal Lagoons, the multi-national technology company which this year established a Sydney base, has broken ground on its first lagoon in Texas. American architecture office Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) has been chosen ahead of four other practices, including Zaha Hadid to complete Scandinavia’s tallest building. Initiated by the SERNEKE group, the 230 metre tower is part of a larger development covering 32,000 square metres.
