This exterior architecture by Bird de la Couer also features two interlocking black and white towers displaying the themes of yin and yang and is very distinctive.

The double-storey lobby entrance is incredibly detailed comprising a mix of finishes including steel, aluminium composite panels, timber and glass as well as a gold spiral staircase.

Bird de la Coeur Architects with Hassell as the interior designers have created a distinctive project focused on lifestyle.
Claremont Manor itself is a 19-storey tower offering a lap pool, gym, residents club including lounge, function and theatre rooms, a 5-start hotel-style lobby entrance with a restaurant and grocer at the foot of the building.
The building features a modern monochrome palette to the exterior and interiors while there are four high speed lifts and keyless entry system into the apartments.
